"The hotel is located in a lovely little village with a harbour and lots of very good traditional restaurants. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable and all have large balconies with beautiful views across to Sami and the island of Ithaca. "We had a medical emergency, our grandson was hospitalized for over a week and we could not attend the wedding nor receive a refund or credit to our credit card. The owner & management was unreasonable, not empathetic to our medical situation and refuse to accommodate our emergency medical needs. I would never reserve or stay at their facilities."

"Property and room was a bit outdated. Breakfast was simple. Coffee machine was not great and wasps were annoying. WiFi did not work in room
On plus side they were very welcoming and hotel pool area was nice and short walk to lovely beach"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The setting is stunning and the extensive grounds offer plenty of space to relax and sunbathe.Everything felt peaceful and well maintained we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again . The only small downside was that we found the drinks at the bar expensive , but this didn’t detract from our overall experience."

"Excellent location, Fabulous facilities. Superb staff.
What a real jewel in Agostlini. Easy to get to harbour and see turtles 8-10am daily by fishing boats. Great central location. Square comes alive at night and plenty of tasty places to eat. Cant fault this hotel or location. Great base to visit most of Kefalonia. Mountain drives are unbelievable "
