I had to move room as the a/c was not working properly nor was the wifi. I got upgraded to a suite which was nice however the 3 remaining rooms were without a fridge in the room, so no option to keep drinks cold. Staff lovely and responsive. Good food from the restaurant which was well priced. You need to drive a couple of km...

Het was rustig gelegen in een verder rustige wijk, maar in een toeristische stad. Het heeft verder alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt op vakantie. Het eten was gevarieerd en werd altijd vers gemaakt/bereid. We zijn 1 nacht gebleven, omdat we op doorreis waren, maar dit hotel zou een reden zijn om weer naar...

"Great location on top of the ridge, great view from the heated pool/restaurant area. Very friendly staff. Our suite's pool was very cold and dirty, even after they sent someone to clean it, so we passed. They were also out of multiple items, bit of a drag."

Nestled in the quiet, luscious hills of Northern Bali, 10 minutes from Lovina (and the amazing dolphin swim!), it really exceeded our expectations. Spacious villa with private infinity pool, mindfully decorated, and surrounded by gorgeous trees and plants, we immediately felt welcome and cared for by the most attentive, helpful staff with welcome drinks and cold towels in hand. "First and foremost, the staff here were wonderful. The food was excellent, a good choice for the a la carte included breakfast and delicious options for the candle lit dinner by the pool. We enjoyed the tranquility away from the coast, yet the green, hillside location still offered distant views of the sea. Whilst our pool villa was quite a way from the central area, there was a buggy service always available."

"Nice pool, quiet location, easy access to street restaurants, shops, beach, etc. Hotel restaurant and breakfast is not that great, so thank goodness for nearby street restaurants and cafes. Would be great if staff services are improved and if cocktails were served. A nice pool, but no cocktails available onsite. Not likely to rebook this hotel and stay here again. Nicer hotels nearby for same rates."
