Kalalau Beach, on the Napali Coast, is one of the most pristine beaches you will find on the island of Kauai. It's a 22-mile round-trip hike to get to, and camping is by permit only, but it is one of the most beautiful places to sleep under the stars in the #GreatOutdoors.
Kalalau Beach is a beautiful, secluded beach at the end of an 11 mile trail. The only access is by foot or kayak (in Summer). A permit is required for camping. One of the best hikes I’ve ever done. The permit can be made for up to 5 nights. I recommend staying at least 3 nights, to explore the valley.
