"We picked the hotel based on other reviews. We understand there can be an "one off" day and such. The first room given to us - it was evident the bed was made ut the sheets were not clean. There was multiple hairs of various lengths so we asked for new sheets. The desk manager apologized and gave us a new room, which we were happy. The new bed appeared to be clean but it was very suspect that the sheets were not new (odd creases and folded over- not like a fresh sheet). The room overall was clean and the gentleman was polite to accommodate us but he didn't greet us upon entering and he wasn't on the phone just doing something on his computer. I found it odd. Lastly, their Commons area for breakfast was being remodeled but there was no notice of this until we got to the hotel. I realize Hotels.com cannot post all updates but they didn't even have basic coffee available, which they clearly had the means and space elsewhere. It was lackluster. I was disappointed in the experience overall."

"The hotel seemed chaotic as I witnessed gambling and craps being played. There was also an abnormal amount of weed smoking throughout. Teenagers were running around playing door knock ditch. Overall, would not stay here again. Room also smelled stale and light was coming from all around the door."

"Great staff and room service. Breakfast was not great. Bar was awesome. There is no EV charging station on site and valet parking is mandatory not optional at an extra $35/ night, plus tips. "

"The room was rather shabby, but—worse yet—it reeked so heavily of smoke that the moment I stepped inside, I couldn't bear to stay there; I immediately developed a splitting headache. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room, but I was told that no other rooms were available. So, there I was in this hotel , forced to suffer in this intensely smoke-filled room. The door didn't even close properly. Furthermore, the room was situated on the back side of the hotel—away from the main road—and the entire surrounding area, including the staircase leading up to the second floor, was overrun with homeless people. There were a great many of them, and the situation felt extremely dangerous because they were smoking drugs. It was a hazardous .My verdict on this hotel is that it is absolutely unfit for human habitation. After being exposed to that smoke-filled room, I couldn't sleep a wink all night long; my head throbbed constantly from the fumes. By morning, I was actually relieved to escape that smoky room—though I did end up suffering an allergic reaction as a result."
