"No the internet wasn't fast and it was hard to connect Honestly there's terrible customer service. I asked for extra blankets and was told that the laundry was closed. I had to plead with them to get a extra blanket. When I asked for my room to be serviced I was told that I needed to ask as early as 11am if I wanted service but that they'd make an exception this time. I was told that I was getting a newly remodeled room. The room had stuff broken inside and burn marks on the window blinds. When they came to service the room they didn't want to dump the trash and put a new bag in the waste baskets, they tried to hand me the trash bags to change the waste baskets myself. I told them that I was having problems connecting my computer to the internet, and they wanted me to bring my computer to the front desk. Then they sent maintenance by the next day to ask about my television. Thumbs down"

"Check in was easy. Rooms were dated and the beds were not comfortable. Our room was on the side were the freeway was so it was loud."

"Upon driving up to property. I normally drive around to see any other entrances to get into the hotel because the front parking is packed. Only one entrance at this location. This is my second stay with this hotel but different location. Property doesn’t have balconies which is a plus. Nice that the property had us sign a form detailing our car if anything did happen. The Folsom location didn’t offer that. This hotel seemed popular, seen many people here. Entering the room it was outdated but wasn’t bothering me. Kitchen wasn’t filled with all amenities needed as the Folsom location. The bathroom sink was leaking. If putting toilet paper in toilet it won’t properly flush so had to throw in garbage instead. Lighting was very minimal. And if a room states 5 can be occupied but only have 2 chairs? That’s not fair. Vents were dusty as well as the pictures and bed frame. Found a suspicious candy stuck on the wall. The shower tub floor made noise while stepping on it. The shower head was not clean the shower caddy holding the liquid was not clean. It doesn’t make sense that the hand soap dispenser is right above the electrical outlet. The worst part is the bed! Hard, made noise and uncomfortable. Will not be making a reservation here again."

"I booked this hotel because the photos online looked really nice, but in person it didn’t really match the pictures. It honestly felt like the photos had been heavily enhanced or even AI-generated. When we first walked into the hotel there was a strange smell in the lobby, kind of like body odor. Our room was on the 6th floor with a king bed for my husband and me and a sofa bed for my 17-year-old son. The room smelled musty, like it had been closed up for a long time. We opened the sofa bed and the mattress was extremely thin—I could feel the springs. In the closet there was only one sheet and a very rough blanket with holes. The mattress only had a protective cover. While I was on hold with the front desk asking to switch rooms, I noticed black mold on the ceiling in the corner of the room and also in the bathroom, which probably explained the smell. At first they said they were fully booked, but after I mentioned the mold they suddenly had other rooms available. We moved to a room on the 3rd floor that smelled much cleaner. The building seems older and although it may have been remodeled, it still has outdated features like popcorn ceilings and bathrooms without exhaust fans. It didn’t feel worth the price. For a little more money you can find newer hotels in downtown Sacramento. I booked this place partly because it advertised a pool and hot tub, but the hot tub was completely empty. Because of the mold situation, I didn’t even feel comfortable trying the breakfast."

"The room was good, and had no concerns there. The only issue was that the fire alarm kept going off. It lasted about 20–25 minutes and occurred around 2 a.m."

"This place smelled like an old casino, carpets and walls stained with old stale cigarette smells. Part of our counter was missing, there were blown out outlets that were not usable. Constant noice and parking lot activity from hotel residents throughout the night. Front staff was unprofessional and rude. I’d stay away from here at all cost. We had two nights booked, but only ended up staying one and stayed elsewhere for the last night."
