Perfect moment after a whole day in Pairi Daiza Zoo, this hotel give a peaceful moment, we play snooker in the morning and some other client in the swiming pool..that really cool... The breakfast is really good. much offer and delicious. Big love.

Stayed for two nights. The treehouse was a great experience and the hotel is nice and clean. The hotel is located in a very green and nice environment which was amazing during our stay. We had a nice view into the Woods from the treehouse. Unfortunately after the first night the bath towels were not exchanged for fresh ones or lets say, the room was not cleaned and checked. This was a little strange but got some fresh towels from the reception. Employees of the hotel are kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok but a little meager. This hotel is nearby Pairi Daiza which is a fantastic animal kingdom zoo. We did not use pool but lookes nice to cool down when it's hot outside. In short, an nice hotel in beautiful surroundings

They have really cool cabins available. My room in particular had some craking in walls, probably due to the actual building maybe being older. But did not affect my stay at all.

We stayed in one of the sauna rooms. First issue was that the room was situated downstairs, next to the gym, the hotel toilets, & the reception area, so was very noisy. We had people in the room above us banging the floor, running around & shouting at 1am. The sauna was a nice addition to the room, but the water bucket was full of mouldy water. Cobwebs & dust everywhere in the room, and a colony of ants outside the room door, which a member of staff did clean up, but the ants returned about 10 mins later. We went for food at the hotel too, which was nice, but definitely not worth the price at all. The staff were all very polite and did assist when we reported the people above us being loud. The gym was nice, had little equipment but was good quality & very clean. We didn’t use the pool. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel, and I would recommend finding somewhere else in the area to stay.

Based on the pictures this looked like a fine hotel to spend the night. Little did we know. The room smelled horrible. Comparable to sewer and an old homes people smell. The airconditioning did not work. We complained several times (3) during the evening and night. The staff was willing to help. Little did we know that the staff actually dealt with these complaints many times. So it was just a rehearsed helping offer. Heard that from the barman during my last complaint in the middle of the night. The room is in desperate need of a new carpet, a new paint on the wall and new mattresses and a new bathroom and a new airconditioning which can actually work. The bathroom shower did not work due to the lime scale. There was no water coming thru the big shower head at all! The lime scale on the walls was of the charts. There are tons of mosquitoes in the room and hotel. So sleeping with the window open was no option. At 1pm i could get a hold of a fan so we were able to get a few hours sleep but we woke up with broken backs and a lot of mosquito bites. After that it was time for breakfast. There was not a lot of choice. There were two types of bread, chocolate croissants and some cereal. The scrambled egg was really disgusting. The orange juice not fresh. I can go on and on with everything that is wrong with this place. On top of this all the fire alarm went off three times due to a mail function. The pool water had turned green. This hotel definitely earned a top 2 spot of worst

C’est une sorte de arnaque. Arrivé dans le hall, on voit le restaurant et on se dit : « wow, comme c’est beau ». La réception est très accueillante. De grandes attentes donc. Et puis on découvre les chambres… La salle de bain est sale, dégage une odeur d’égoutante, et les carreaux au sol et aux murs sont jaunis. La poubelle de la salle de bain était encore remplie de produits d’hygiène usagés. Je n’ai pas besoin d’en dire plus. Le matelas est trop mou et les murs sont sales. Cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas ses trois étoiles, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Séjours pour 2 nuits, climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas et coupure générale pendant 4 heures pour la derniere nuit, donc pas de wifi, obliger de partir pour diner à l'extérieur surtout après une journée en famille épuisante. Suite à la coupure, le lendemain matin machine a jus d'orange, pomme et eau en panne. Les 2 filles présentes ont assurées un service en donnant ce qui était dispo au bar, bravo pour leurs professionnalisme afin de garantir la satisfaction du client. Pour le diner, il y a un reel manque d'organisation, 1 serveuse et 1 apprentie ne suffit pas pour garantir 50 couverts! Quand a la chambre, oui il y a quelque traces d'humidité et heureusement que le cadre reste idyllique et calme. Quand au propriétaire, pourquoi ne pas faire quelques travaux d'aménagement et embaucher du personnel confirmé en cette période a flux tendu ? C'est un hôtel à fort potentiel, il serait dommage de le délaisser.

De grootte van de kamer was goed. Groot en ruim. Het is rustig gelegen. Kamers zijn best gehorig. Douche was vies. Bruine vlekken in de wc-pot en een vieze douchekop. In de avond douchen kon alleen met koud water iets wat met een kind niet echt fijn is. Kluis was kapot. Airco werkte niet, en alle comfort kamers zouden volgens het hotel een koelkast hebben ( behalve onze comfort kamer waarschijnlijk).

Je me suis fait avoir par les photos

Porte fenêtre cassé, sol sale et collant, pommeau de douche pas adapté qui inonde la salle de bain pleine de moisissures. L’odeur y est très désagréable voir horrible. Le lit très inconfortable et les coussins quasi inutiles vu leur qualité. La salle de sport est sale aussi. Pas assez de place de parking pour toutes les chambres. C’est bien de mettre de l’eau de pluie dans les toilettes, c’est mieux quand ça ne fuit pas et fait du bruit toute la nuit. L’isolation phonique est nulle. Aucun réseau, le wifi est comme l’hôtel. La piscine est ok. Plus jamais.

Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und gut möbliert. Das Bett war sehr gut und richtig bequem. Das Personal war zuvorkommend. Leider können wir über das Restaurant nichts sagen, weil wir zu kurz im Hotel waren, um es zu besuchen. Wir hatten nur Zeit zum Schlafen. Aber nächstes Mal bleiben wir länger. Vraiment un excellent hôtel en ce qui concerne le cadre et l’emplacement, piscine, jeux pour enfant, restaurant, le personnel est très sympathique. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne la propreté, toile d’araignée dans la chambre, joint de carrelage de salle de bain moisi et la literie n’est pas très confort en ce qui concerne m oreiller et le matelas. Cependant je conseillerai cet hôtel à 100% et y retournerai si je le peut!!!!
