"We had a wonderful time in June Lake while staying at the Gull Lake Lodge. The room is basically a one bedroom apartment, clean and efficient with everything thoughtfully provisioned for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, plenty of linens and extra blankets, large screen TV was a nice bonus and the kitchen is well stocked including spices and plenty of coffee. "I'm afraid Boulder Lodge is taking advantage of its impressive lake views to charge a bit more than is justified. It's the little things: tv not working (intermittent), 3 out of 5 door locks broken, hothouse temperature on 3rd floor. Parking was a minor hassle. WiFi was all but unusable (easily overcome with minor equipment additions). These are things that should be taken care of before they demand a $200+ room charge.
