"We enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast was very nice. Parking was easy with different doors for different areas. The hotel was easy to get to from Lancaster's highways. I enjoyed the comfy reading chair. Great beds."

"Room was small but nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and informative. My only critique is that when I was looking for a place to stay in the area there wasn't anything about parking on their website. I ended up parking quite a ways away in a public parking lot to later being offered a parking pass for behind the building during check in. After a 13 hour day on my feet at work I chose not to return to my vehicle to repark. The place was nice, dead in the center of town. Just really thing they should have more info about the parking arrangements on their website etc - there is absolutely nothing on their website I could find about it."

"The resort and room were very clean. Checking in and checking out was seamless. The pool was nice and overall property amenities were great. The area is perfect as there are many dinning and shopping options around the resort. A gas station feet’s away from the resort. Overall great and convenient stay. "

"I was only in for one night, sadly. The owner met me when I arrived and immediately wanted to know what I wanted for breakfast and when I told him that I would be gone before breakfast time, he seemed genuinely disappointed. He offered pastries for me to take in the morning and when I told him I have a gluten allergy he offered homemade chocolate chip cookies that he made gluten free. I accepted and when he came back with them, he also brought back a slice of almond cake that I could eat too! He took the time to show me around and tell me a little about the history of the house, despite me checking in after 10pm. I was shown hospitality when I really needed it after a long travel day (with flight delays) from the west coast. Thank you! Keep making people feel valued and important. Cheers!"

"Room was DISGUSTING! Not fit for human occupancy!!! Blood on the sheets, dirty pillow case, floors not mopped and showers had mold and mildew everywhere. We had a large group stay at this hotel and all had a similar experiences. Take all the sheets and burn them!"

"We had an excellent visit. The property is well-maintained and the staff is excellent. Our hotel room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The steakhouse was great. The town is great and the hotel is within walking distance from a number of good restaurants and shops."
