OK hotel

OK but rooms very hot and next to very busy road. Gym was very poor with very old equipment and only a few items. Restaurant was ok but nothing special. Reception and restaurant staff friendly. Not sure why I could have gluten free bread at breakfast but not at dinner one of few hotels you put an ironing board in my room when requested when I booked.

Called a couple of days before to ask about the spa and gym and was told that everything is functioning. Sauna was NOT working and pool was quite dirty. Disappointed but then there's a beautiful lake right by the property

Bonjour très propre hôtel le personnel il y avait une jeune femme qui est pas très professionnel et elle etait vraiment désagréable je les mêmes pris pour de la discrimination raciale ces une responsable d’origine française je me rappelle plus de son nom mais Ell prend les clients de haut avec un air hop tu vraiment ces presque du racisme avec un grand sourire par contre ils y a un employé je me rappelle de son nom c’est M. Guillem il est vraiment vraiment trop top ces employés sa devrait être lui le responsable il est très gentil professionnel bienveillant poli souriant vraiment un employé en or l’hôtellerie française a besoin de plus de personnes comme lui. Vraiment ces un homme bienveillant attentionné encore merci à lui pour sont professionnalisme beaucoup de bonheur pour cette humain vraiment

Nous venons tous les 4 mois environ à cet hôtel, les séjours ce sont toujours bien passés, mais notre dernière fois dans cet établissement nous avons été très déçu. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec une porte mitoyenne à une autre chambre, impossible de dormir, beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à plus de 3 h du matin, la porte n’est pas insonorisée est c’est comme si les personnes étaient avec nous. Nous l’avons dit à la réception le matin et aucune compatir.

La chambre, les sanitaires étaient propres et bien agencés. Déçu par la piscine, des vestiaires vieillissants, des rangements obsoletes. Cheiro do quarto estava desagradavel e havia unha cortada no chao. Devido a evento no estabelecimento vizinho, o estacionamento do hotel tambem estava muito cheio. Sabendo disso, funcionarios poderiam ter nos alertados a respeito quando fizemos check in ou quando estavamos saindo para jantar. Localizado fora do centro, nenhuma opcao de conveniencia se nao tiver um carro a disposição.

Lieu de cours collectif pour retraités

Un lieu dans un état plus que limite, un accueil bien moins que chaleureux... C'est la deuxième fois que je passe. Je me suis dit pour la deuxième fois cela sera mieux. Ah bah non vraiment pas ! Si vous cherchez un endroit silencieux et relaxant, vous n'avez pas misé sur le bon cheval. Quand vous êtes dans le jacuzzi, il y a des cours collectifs en même temps entre la musique et les exclamations des personnes qui font les cours, cela n'a rien de relaxant. Je vais volontier me passer de cet endroit.

Week-end de 2 jours.

Séjour d'un week-end. Le bâtiment de l'extérieur est à rénover. L'intérieur est propre la chambre est propre le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner convenable et bon il y'a quand même du choix. Après pour un Mercure 4 étoiles ya pas mal de rénovation à faire sinon rien a dire le Séjour était top le réceptionnaire de nuit est très sympa. Le personnel est au petit soin , la dame du restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner au top . La piscine le bain à remous un plus qui nous a fait kiffer.

Nous avons hérité d'une chambre avec porte communicante et verre sablé sur la moitié de la fenêtre car donnant sur cour de services et livraisons. Nous avons passé la nuit avec les voisins et les livreurs !!! C'est inadmissible.de proposer une telle chambre.
