Really enjoyed the location that was less than 2 miles from the most popular areas of Tokyo without the large crowds. Hotel has all the things you need including a convenience store located in the basement. Great free breakfast if you have lounge access. Stayed here twice and like this location as a Tokyo base.

Out dated. Unsure how this hotel qualified for Forbes 2026. The best thing is the lobby…. Rooms are out dated. Shower heads are old. Bath rooms are old. Not worth the price. Breakfast was trash and mainly American food.

Room was a little cramped in the bathroom, but that’s really the full extent of any issues I had with this hotel. Clean and well maintained room with amenities. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The lobby and atrium area are quite impressive. Excellent location.
I would 100% recommend this hotel especially if you need to travel out of Tokyo station.

"We had a family suite rooms- two bedrooms and an ante room. Felt like having a small apartment. The area is interesting, kind of residential, very mellow, not many tourists. Decent restaurant downstairs at street fur convenience. Helpful staff."
