2/10 Terrible

"Im upset that I have to write this because at first, everything seemed great. The staff was pretty nice and helpful, it wasn’t until my second night when I woke up at 2 am with a bug crawling on me! Then I searched the bed and found 2 more. I immediately went to the front desk to get some sort of help and the lady at the desk just said “oh yea we have a termite issue so don’t worry it’s not bed bugs. I can give you another room but you’ll probably just find more” like ok?? I then asked if I could get some sort of refund since I wouldn’t be able to comfortably sleep (I had an 8 hour drive on 4 hours of sleep thanks to that). She said the manager would be in at 8 and would resolve it, they didn’t. Hopefully they do better!"

"The room smelled musty and felt damp. The shampoo had water in it to make it go further. I’m pretty sure my kids were bitten by bed bugs. One of our towels was dirty. Folded but dirty. The staff was great though. Check in was easy the lady at the front desk was very helpful. We even left something in our room and had to return to pick it up and they had it waiting for us. The views were nice too. Not sure I would stay again."

"We reserved a suit but were given double queens no sofa bed. Breakfast was a hour late due loud upset guests, then we charged an additional $25 for we don’t know why? On top of already paid $230, definitely was not like our usual holiday express stays very unsatisfactory stay"
