The location of the property is near and convenient to get around to nearby places. Sound insulation for room isn't great. Noise could be heard quite clearly from people talking and the aircon or fan humming.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel has beautiful modern decor and a great location - right across KSL Mall with plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are new, spotless and very comfortable. As it’s still in a soft launch phase, the hotel wasn’t crowded at all, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything felt fresh and well thought out. We’ll definitely be back!

I was bitten by Inserts on my hands and neck and we found inserts on the bed. Also, we were assigned on level 27 and every morning when the sun shine on the windows, it has the air pressure loud bangs sound which didnt allow me to sleep well. The locations is very near to KSL and may eateries.

Hotel is clean, staffs are polite and alway smiling. Hotel room is clean but the only downside is toilet flush is faulty, after flushing, the water will flow for 2 minutes that very noisy during night time. Tv remote volume button is not working. Hotel buffet breakfast is nomral but staffs are nice. Overall, the expernice is good and i will come back again.

The room is clean and amenities is good. Location is right next to KSL and lots of food options. There’s still teething issues which would need to be resolved. Examples like checking in without giving me the card for power in the room. Trying to figure out what was wrong in a stuffy room and service took 30mins to come. There’s also power outage in the lobby which rendered the lift inoperative. Generally it’s what you’d expect from Novotel except for the issues for a new hotel.

The first room we got had stains on the sheets. Sewage water also started leaking from the toilet and started to smell. Tried to call housekeeping and the concierge but the room telephone wasn’t working; I had to go down to the front counter to request for a room change. The staff was friendly and accommodating to the request. The second room still had flaws, but much better. As the hotel is new and still in the “soft launch” phase, benefit of doubt is given and hope they will improve when they officially launch!

Bought my 1 year old there to celebate her birthday. House keeping actually thought the towel we bought for her use was the hotels towel and cleared it. we hung it up in the wardrobe to be clear. the towel was white but even has her name embroided on it. the towel was eventually returned but i had no choice but to use the hotel towel on my baby after her shower. all the hotel did was say sorry. i requested for compensation but they have not reached out till today. i stayed in the suite. paid extra for a horrible experience
