"The hotel is very well located, and we loved the neighborhood. It’s very walkable, with plenty of cool cafés, brunch spots, and restaurants nearby. Our room and the views were amazing, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. One thing we didn’t know before arriving was that the hotel does not have a pool for hotel guests. When we initially checked the property, we saw that there was a pool, but it is exclusively for residents, as the building is split between residences and the hotel. Just keep in mind that hotel guests do not have access to the pool, only the gym and spa. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the location!"

"This hotel is in a lovely part of town with fabulous views. The lobby and dining areas are very nice and staff is great. The bathrooms have excellent walk-in showers and generously sized countertops for the sink/vanity. The famous Embassy Suites free breakfast, however, was not up to par with the other Embassy Suites we’ve visited. Really lackluster offerings, so that was disappointing. And be prepared: they do not have any snacks or drinks available to buy in lobby, unlike many hotels these days. The only stuff available is through the Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse attached and you’re going to pay $16 for a glass of wine and $6 for a can of miller lite to take back to the room."

"Check in was easy. Staff is friendly. Rooms are a little old with some spiders in the hallways and ants in the room on the floor, but it wasn’t terrible so I didn’t complain. Rooms didn’t smell and sheets are clean."
