"Hotel was adorable! Very clean and inviting. Convincingly located and within walking distance to the university, bars and restaurants. We would stay here again if visiting the area. Parking is across the street in the garage. A parking pass was provided at check-in. Our only complaint was the check-in process. We showed up expecting to check-in right at 4, but there was an extended wait time. Several other guest were checking in at the same time before the concert. Would recommend preparing keys, parking passes, etc for existing reservations prior to check-in time for a smoother process. "

"It was a great location for us to see Luke Combs at UVA. Staff was great, especially since I was on crutches and they went above and beyond."

"Pool heater was broken,our shower head was broken and the tub didn't drain it just pooled also the second bed in room comforter had someone else's lipstick on it!!"

"Property nicer than I expected. Staff was very nice and helpful and the room was well-furnished and clean. My only concern is that the faciliy is not as well-constructed and sound carries everywhere, from outside and even the plumbing. There appear to be a lot of transient working people staying there, and they have to leave very early in the morning, so it got kind of noisy, even though I had no problem with any other customers. The breakfast was, as another reviewer put it, a little too "basic," but the food was not bad. Overally a pretty good deal for an affordable price."

"I prepaid for a room. Room wasn’t ready at check-in. We were told the lot was full and we had to figure something else out. Have a parking spot during a busy concert weekend is one of the reasons we picked to stay there. After the concert, waited 1.5 hours to get out of the garage we finally found a spot in. Went back to the hotel and was told they don’t have a room for us (supposedly because of a pipe issue, but more likely they overbooked). They offered us a room at another hotel that was 35 minutes away. At that point, we decided to just drive home (2.5 hours away). If this is the kind of customer service $415 a night buys, I think I’ll pass. I won’t be staying at a Graduate again. "
