Very large good quality rooms, tastefully furnished, comfy beds, good linen, and comfortable large bathrooms as well. Breakfast was excellent. The property is delightful with lots of activities especially for kids. And the spa is also good.

A warm welcome on arrival. All staff were courteous and respectful. Room was ideal for what we wanted, 2 double beds plenty big enough. Powerful shower, clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was varied and of good quality. Overall a fantastic stay. Just be mindful, no alcohol allowed or sold on site.

Check in was tedious. Room was not cleaned properly. Many changes but not notifying us prior like swimming caps for indoor pool as one eg. Food quality is definitely not upto standard of a 4* hotel. Rooms were old , outdated and not very clean . Tea station was full of dust and previous guest hair was in the shower . No one ever answers from reception when you call / dial 100 for assistance . 1 porter and the delay to wait to serve the entire hotel is unacceptable . Breakfast while was acceptable, the service was bad with no one clearing tables , providing cutlery , reheating coffees etc. Won’t come back ..

Nydelig hotell og fantastisk service. Et stort område, med mye aktiviteter, men dette fikk vi ikke testet ut. Viktig å være oppmerksom på at hotellet virker å ha en sterk muslimsk tilknytning, og det selges ikke alkohol og det er ulovlig med alkohol på området. Dette var ikke beskrevet noe sted, og kom som en overraskelse på oss. Hotellet hadde mye duftpinner i fellesområdene og rommene, og lukten kunne bli ganske intens.
