اسواء مجموعة فنادق فى العالم
معاملة سيئة جدا عند وصولى وعند علمهم انى من خلال موقعكم رد عليا موظف الاستقبال ان معندهمش غرف خالية بالرغم ان الحجز مؤكد وارسلنى الى فندق اخر تابع لة العييرى رقم 1 وهناك قال لى موظف الاستقبال لا استطيع خدمتك ارجع تانى لفندققك الى حجزت فية العييرى 3 ورجعت مرة اخرى للفندق الاصلى الى علية الحجز وهنا موظف الاستقبال ورانى غرفة سيئة جدا وقال لى هى دى الموجودة مع العلم ان الفندق كان يحتوى على غرف خالية وهذا اسواء خدمة ممكن تشفها فى حياتك ولا انصح بيها وهو مجموعة فنادق العييرى
