The property’s gardens are spectacular, and the history of the original house is really special. That said, the room I stayed in felt a bit outdated, and we were without power for a full day during our stay. There’s a lot of potential here to make the hotel truly shine and better highlight the original concept and character of the property.

It’s an amazing hotel, service and attention are great, all the time the staff is attentive to your needs. The hotel facilites are pretty, the are remodeling some áreas, but the gardens, pool, restaurant, rooms are increíble.

Really nice place and architecture. The kind staff are really nice. It is very clean! The rooms toilets and everything. Areas of improvement FOOD and MUSIC!!! Nothing tastes good in here; i think they need a better chef, i even tried the most expensive food options but still they were really average. Also they need a better DJ. The music doesn’t match the vibe. Jazz piano in spa? Electronic hight tempo in Japanese restaurant?!

Great lawns and japanesse arquitecture

The hotel and landscape is great with the japanesse gardens and great lawns. The offer in the restaurant on sundays afternoon (there were open 1 of 3 resraurants) was limited.

The hotel areas were quite beautiful but we didn’t care much for the service. The room was great at first, until the sink started leaking, making it unusable. It’s truly a gorgeous concept and the gardens and pool are beautifully kept, but we were somewhat disappointed with the overall stay

Tranquil and relaxing place. The gardens and the space dedicated to nature are amazing. Service is great. There was only one restaurant, and it was a Japanese sushi place. Not Mexican cuisine, no air conditioning in the restaurant, and a lot of flies in the food. The Hotel needs an upgrade as soon as possible. The ice machine was not working, and we had to call room service. The room only offered two cups of coffee for the stay; the rest had to be purchased.
