Hotel location is good, cozy and quiet. Convenient for dining and shopping. Staffing crew was kind. However parking, especially for out from the basement to the road, was difficult

Just staying there for getting some sleep. It's so embarrassed that I could evaluate the staying. Anyway, the hotel is located in a cluster of commercial areas, such as shopping mall, etc. If I had much time, I was much better to enjoy something. The facility is so good, excellent.

Small nice room but moldy ac

The ceiling ac had mold or black dust build up. My throat hurt the first night so left the windows open for some air. Location wise nice for short walks and local eatery places.

Very nice room but not eco-friendly

It was a very nice room - comfortable bed, nice view. My only complaint was that there was so much heat coming from the ondol floors that I was woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The front desk said to turn the AC on. It's really wasteful to have the heat and AC on to control the temperature, especially in late November.

Good place to stay

Good place for stay. In my room, soundproof was not good enough. The breakfast was good for the price. But we need to remove our trays before leaving the table.

The worst hotel I stayed in Korea. Staffs were rude and unprofessional. parking garage was small and unsafe exit driveway. Paid extra for a better room but dirty spots everywhere and smells horrible. I would not recommend this hotel. Oh, check in time 4pm..

주차가 협소합니다. 다만 맞은편 건물에 추가 주차가 가능한 것 같습니다. 복도 냄새가 너무 별로입니다. 에어컨이 파워냉방은 없고 켜두면 20분내로 시원해지기는 합니다. 이부분 체크인시 사전고지 하더라구요. 여느 호텔처럼 조명이 어둡고.. 샤워부스 곰팡이는 어쩔 수 없는건지 ㅠ 아쉽습니다. 온돌방이었는데 구비되어 있는 탁자가 좌식으로 쓰기에는 너무 높더라구요? 앉아서 가슴높이;; 이부분 체크가 필요할 것 같습니다.
