I had a nice stay at Relax V hotel. The staff was friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. The hotel was very clean, and it was quiet. They also had complimentary coffee each morning. The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s about a 10 minute walk from Taipei Main Station which makes it easy when you are arriving from the airport, and gives you easy, quick access to the Taipei Metro.The neighborhood around the hotel is nice with a lot of shops and eateries. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I truly appreciate their cleanliness and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. It’s definitely a great choice — reasonably priced and within walking distance to the train station.
However, the breakfast spread could use some improvement. The variety is quite limited, and the menu doesn’t seem to change much from day to day.

The electric outlet was located in the middle of the headboard of the king sized bed. This is not ideal as phone charging can over heat and cause fire. The hotel property is dated, and needs a refresh. Thanks for the experience

Great location, spacious room and wonderful staff, especially the hotel manager, Mr Barry Chen. The time we travelled was peak season and the hotel ran out of duvet when we ask for an extra one. Overall, the experience was great.
