Great location, very clean and nice staff! My only issue was the microwave in my room didn’t work and there wasn’t dish soap. Other than that, it was great and we will definitely be returning!

The hotel was fully booked so the free breakfast was zoey. Parents were guilty of not cleaning up after their kids spilled food on the dining chairs, floors, and counters. It was a holiday weekend so having additional staff may have helped the two ladies working their tails off trying to keep up. Also, no hot water for tea despite having teabags out near the coffee. With all the commotion going on in the dining area, inside my room it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would stay again but skip breakfast. The hotel is super close to MetLife Center at the Meadowlands complex.

There was no workstations/business. This is a repeated remark, why are there no trash cans in the bathroom. I have never seen such a thing.

The hotel was fine, not dirty and well maintained rooms. The staff is very rude, they don’t care if you booked a double room or a suite. They will simply put you where they have room. I paid for a double room suite and was told they had no available when I already reserved the room months prior. When asked why they simply did not know or care and said this is not our problem talk to Expedia. I had to have Expedia give me a full refund. Only stay here if its a last resort.
