"Staff are amazing and very professional and helpful. The only downside was the noise of fan and the function of HVAC.. It was freezing cold and I was not able to set the thermostat. I was planning to stay two more days but I did not stay due to the HVAC situation."

"It was terribly dirty. And they charge a linen fee. And you're not allowed to ask questions, or you get kicked out. The worst hotel i've ever stayed at. Was promised a refund for 2 of my 3 days. And it's been two weeks and haven't gotten nothing."
