Comfortable hotel with spacious room

Nice small hotel but very comfortable with spacious room. My only dissatisfaction is that the safe was locked and I could not use it.

The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The lobby smelled really good. Lots of choices for breakfast at buffet. Just to note, breakfast is not available on Mondays. The hotel is in a good location and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

I have had the worst experience with this hotel. No one spoke English. I have accidentally booked this hotel far far from my original location I have planned to visit, 3 min later I asked to be canceled, but did not give me any refund. Terrible place to stay. 에어콘 청소가 잘 안되어서 침대에 누워있으면 까만 곰팡이가 너무 잘 보입니다. 곰팡이 진드기 알러지가 심해서 저녁 내내 숨 쉬기가 불편했습니다. 전기 시설에 문제가 있었는지 자는 동안 충전이 하나도 안 됐고, 아침에 콘센트 사용이 안되서 티비도 못 틀었어요. 아침엔 로비에 직원이 없어서 숙박객들이 불편을 전화로 토로하는 모습을 봤습니다. 그러나 주차 시설 완비, 넓은 실내, 주변에 다양한 식당과 술집이 있어 하루 묵기에는 편리한 곳입니다.

청결이나 직원 서비스는 좋았지만. 에어컨이나 부대시설 자체는 그리 좋지 않았음. 목욕하고 나면 물이 흘러내린거 바로 배수가 안되는것도 감점 요인. 에어컨이 너무 성능이 낮아서 집에 있는 에어컨이 간절할 정도, 사실상 큰 선풍기 수준이었음. 주변에 아침식사가 가능한 곳이 없어서 인근 편의점에서 컵라면을 사다 먹어야 했었음, 조식뷔페 퀼리티 또한 그리 높진 않음. 금연 호텔이라 담배 안피는 사람에겐 좋겠지만, 흡연자로서는 매번 나갔다 들어와야 하는 번거로움이 있음. 차라리 따로 각층마다 흡연구역만 있었어도 나았으리라 봄.

리뷰가 괜찮아서 선택했었는데 만족스러웠어요.. 화장실, 샤워실, 세면대가 구분되어 있는 점도 만족스럽고... 직원분들 너무 친절합니다. 그리고 조식 포함으로 예약해서 기대 안하고 조식 먹으로 갔는데 종류가 많지는 않았지만 음식 깔끔하고 다 맛있었어요... 한가지 아쉬운 점은 일회용품 제한으로 비누가 없었던거... 다른 호텔은 그래도 비누는 있거든요 ㅎ
