"The room was very hot and we could not change the temperature- possibly because we visited in the winter off-season. The staff were very kind and gave us a fan though. Other than that, our stay was lovely."

"So the room was really good. The bed was a bit hard, but the rest of the room and amenities and shower were great. The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine.
