"Perfect stay for our big family in Jeju. We loved staying on this side of the island. The location is close to everything (fresh seafood, dining, shopping and sightseeing). The rooms are very clean and we loved sitting on our balconies watching the boats in the morning and evening. We all enjoyed the hotel's breakfast buffet. All 11 of us could find more than enough things to eat and drink. The hotel's restaurant was very good too. It had very large portions. We also loved the fresh baked goods at the cafe. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the WhistleLark hotel to anyone staying in Jeju "

"My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay. Hotel was spotless and centrally located to shops and eating places and a 10 minute drive from the airport. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel. Staff was really helpful ordering a taxi for ourtrip to airport. Thank you. "

"가성비가 너무 좋습니다. 특히 장점은 창으로 보이는 뷰가 외국에 온 것처럼 좋고 외부 소음도 없고 조용합니다. 침대도 편안했고 자는데 불편하지 않았습니다. 엘리베이터가 없는데 2층이고 짐도 올려주셨습니다. 욕실 벽에 머리카락이 있었고 작은 벌레 1회 출몰, 냉장고가 살짝 시끄러워 아쉬웠으나 그 이상 만족도가 높아 청소 조금만 더 신경써주시면 재방문 의사 있습니다. "

"The Grand Hyatt in Jeju is a landmark and it's easy to see why with the massive Dream Tower dwarfing all other buildings in the vicinity. We were graciously offered a free monitor upgrade due to staying multiple nights. There were numerous restaurants in the hotel but we didn't try any, since there were countless options in the surrounding blocks. Again there is a lot of shopping, which we did not take part in, but it was interesting to walk around. The outdoor pool was great and the kids absolutely loved it. The only downside is that both the indoor and outdoor pools get VERY busy as this is a very popular hotel, so we found the sweet spot with going around dinner time while other people are eating. Bonus points that we found out about a free shuttle back to the airport even though the Hyatt website says that you should take a taxi or the bus."
