The actual condition was not as impressive as the pictures shown. However, the room is clean and for the price paid, it is value for money. Room size is good.

The location and view is amazing. But the cleanliness is quite unsatisfied; we stayed for 7 nights but they donโ€™t change the bed sheets until you request, that red spot I noticed has taken picture(below) on day 1 and day 3. And then I found some hairs on the towel, and some old clothes from previous guest inside the locker(which my dad took it out). The service is pretty nice but there are a lot of things we asked that either they donโ€™t understand or they donโ€™t have, especially they canโ€™t control the AC since itโ€™s central system and they have heat floor, so it was hot for us to sleep at night, we asked if we could turn off the heat or anything helps to reduce the heat, but they didnโ€™t really do muchโ€ฆ So in general it was just okay, I mean the staffs are nice just hard to communicate in english, and the cleanliness was the biggest issue to me.

I don't understand the high rating considering some weaknesses.There is no black tea available at breakfast ( only coffee). During my five nights stay the bed was not made once. One day i had to leave early but I could not get even a slice of bread because it was before the official breakfast time. The buffet was already nearly done. The staff is not helpful.
