Perfect location overlooking the historic Jeju-mok Governmemt Office, few steps away from gate 12 of the Jungon Underground Mall whuch leads to Dongmun Market. Taxis are pretty easy to flag. Room is clean, quiet and spacious.

Booked presidential suite. Room very big, comes with 2 queen size beds, 2 washing basins n a sitting room. Hotel also allowed 4 adults in this room. Room a bit dusty. Hotel is only 10m from exit 12 of junggang underground shopping street which is about 200m long but keep ur expectations in check, can't compare with seoul underground shopping streets ya.

I chose this hotel for a couple of main reasons: - easy parking (in a lot next to hotel) - close to shopping and dining (underground shopping is right there, and it’s a few blocks to Black Pork Street and Dongmun market The hotel lived up to these expectations. Room was spacious, especially bigger bathroom than a lot of hotels that I’ve been at, but the key drawback was the room temperature. It was at 28 degrees and even though we set it much lower to try to reduce it, it was still too hot so we had to open window to cool down. Unfortunately no luggage rack but good nooks for them to keep them out of the way. There was a bit of a hiccup with the check in, which is all automated but I was able to connect to the reception via WhatsApp and they were able to come out of the office to assist. It was a very comfortable stay in a great location and convenient for parking.

This hotel has no front desk and is on self check in basis. You need to have a booking reference to do the self check in from 3pm onwards. I was not given the booking reference prior even though I contacted the hotel few days earlier. It’s an AI hotel so you check in by yourself. I wouldn’t say I feel very safe because I do prefer having a real person at the front desk for security - the other hotels I’ve stayed at in Seoul have 1-2 people at the desk 24/7 so that’s what I’m used to. The walls and doors were a lot thinner than expected because I could hear noise in all directions whenever people were checking in and out. I woke up quite a few times and didn’t get restful sleep because of that reason. A little odd that they offer shampoo but no conditioner.

Great area and clean rooms

Stayed there at the start and end of my stay in Jeju island and glad that the hotel was within walking distance of the Dongmun market and Pork Street and the underground shopping street. The place was clean and fortunately always had a parking space in the lot but imagine that can get full during peak season.
