"My stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton turned into one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. When we arrived, the hotel told us their system was down and they couldn’t properly check us in. We showed confirmation that our reservation had been paid through Expedia, so they allowed us into our room. Later that night we went out, and when we returned around 1 AM, our keys no longer worked and we were locked out. At the front desk we were suddenly told we had no reservation and needed to pay again or leave. After seeing how upset we were, they let us stay until morning. The next day we were called down again and told the same thing, even after showing receipts and confirmation that the room was already paid for. We spent nearly two hours in the lobby with the general manager trying to sort out a disconnect between the hotel and Expedia. Because of this situation, we missed a dinner reservation we had been waiting months for. Eventually we were told our reservation would have to be canceled and we would need to pay again and wait 5–7 business days for a refund. We booked this as a relaxing staycation but instead spent hours dealing with a problem that wasn’t ours. Being locked out of our room and asked to pay twice made this a very disappointing experience."

"We always enjoy are stay there, staff are great, rooms are very clean, excellent wifi plus complementary meal & 2.drinks. The only draw back is they stop serving dinner at 7, I feel it should be.until 8, which gives people time stuck in traffic. We had only 20 minutes to take our belongings to our room and maked down for something to eat. "

"The tv didnt work most of the time we were there. The floor was dirty. (We spilled a little water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel. The towel was a dark brown from all the dirt on the floor). The elevators seemed like they needed some work, very loud and shakey. The staff was nice enough. We didnt have much interaction with them. "

"beds were comfortable.... excellent water pressure and lots of hot water and it arrived quickly.....breakfast area was nice but choices were very basic..... had a very nice floor lamp in a corner of the room, would have been great to sit and read a book, except there was no chair?? Also, while it still was in place, and worked o.k., the toilet seat was completely snapped apart on one side at the back.... overall, was a decent stay, put a chair back in the room and it would be even better. "

"My stay was completely unacceptable due to the lack of cleanliness and basic functionality. When I pulled back the covers, it was obvious the linens had not been changed. There were makeup smudges on the pillowcases, dirt on the sheets, and a significant amount of hair that appeared to be both human and possibly pet hair. I took the sheets to the front desk and was asked to wait in the lobby while they “located” clean ones. The employee only went into a small side room, which I assume was the laundry area, yet it took quite a while. The second set of sheets also had stains and visible dirt and did not smell freshly laundered. I went back down and was given a third set after another delay. Those were not clean either. By that point it was very late, and after three failed attempts to get clean bedding, I slept sitting upright in a chair using my own blanket. The bathroom and hallways were filthy as well. The refrigerator and microwave did not work, and the room phone was broken, so I could not call the front desk when these issues were happening. The adjustable shower head barely functioned, producing only a few weak streams of water, making it nearly impossible to rinse my hair. Clean sheets, working appliances, and basic sanitation should be the minimum standard. I would not stay here again."

"This was our worst stay anywhere! The person at the desk would not help, I had to do it all at a machine! The property was falling apart, disabled smoke detector in room, 3 lights not working, broken towel bar, black mold. shameful!"
