"The lady at the front desk was probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was so kind and patient. She changed our room to a first floor room so my mother could have easier access due to her poor mobility. She also made fresh coffee for me and my sister. Little things like that make a world of difference! Also, when we walked into our room, we could tell it had been cleaned thoroughly. It actually SMELLED clean. You don’t always get that smell when you stay in a hotel."
