"Our family of four stayed for two nights in the room with a queen and two large bunk beds and it was perfect for a short stay. The free breakfast was delicious and made to order. ALL of the staff was so kind and helpful. They helped arrange transportation to Monteverde Cloud Forest Preserve and helped book a night tour at a different reserve, giving us a variety of options. We would definitely stay here again and will look into their sister hotels in Oaxaca and Nicaragua. As a bonus we saw...

"We absolutely loved this place and wish we could have stayed longer. It was clean and quiet, away from town but close to it. The hot tub was nice. In the morning you wake up to the sounds of birds and nature. We highly recommend this place."

"What an amazing property. It is absolutely beautiful from the time you drive in the gates. Reception was very warm and helpful. The family obviously deeply cares about their guest experience. After a very quick check in and sharing of info they walked us right to our cabana. Inside was spotless clean and in great condition. Great kitchen and bathroom with more than enough hot water for everyone. We took the walking trail around the property with the family puppy and even saw a coati."

It excelled on all counts only issue was that the ramp leading up to our Cabana was quite steep, which could be an issue for someone with mobility issues and would just need to be worked out in advance with the property. The location was excellent. There is a locked gate into the property so Security is superb. The property is in the middle of the cloud forest with many birds just outside the window. "Very disappointed with how this was handled. During my stay, I raised concerns directly with reception regarding the condition of the room. While housekeeping responded, the actions taken did not fully resolve the issue or restore the quality of stay that was expected. After returning, I submitted a refund request based on the impact the issue had on my experience. "Really enjoyed our stay here! One of our favorite places we stayed at! The fire pit and the views were stunning! We got some beautiful photos. The server in the restaurant I forget his name but he was wonderful as well. We also did the avocado trail and it was nice but we went a little late so it started getting dark. Def recommend doing it earlier in the day. Overall, very clean and friendly staff. Recommend!"
