"This is our 4th stay at this property on our journey through Poland. It is a really lovely property and we have concluded next time we must stay more than one night so we can really enjoy all of the facilities and setting. You will not be disappointed - the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good with the buffet breakfast having a very large choice."

"Overall, a fairly average hotel for the price. Before booking, I called to confirm the availability of sports channels and specifically asked multiple times about Canal+. I was assured there would be a wide selection, but in reality only Eleven Sports 1–3 were available—no Canal+ or even TVP Sport, which is a publicly available channel. This was disappointing, especially as the full channel list is readily available at reception, but I was not provided with that information during the call despite asking. Similar sports channel packages, including Canal+, are fully available at nearby Qubus and Novotel hotels, and could also be easily confirmed at their receptions. As a result, despite the hotel having a nice lobby with TVs, the available channels were not really worth watching. Breakfast was noticeably worse than at Qubus, which offered both greater variety and higher quality food and drinks, including absolutely delicious homemade dishes. Qubus is also cheaper on average, which makes the value here less convincing. Staff did not come across as particularly welcoming and at times seemed disengaged, with the exception of the buffet area where they were somewhat more helpful. Another downside is that the windows in the rooms cannot be opened, which was an issue for me. If I had to point out any positives, the bed was very comfortable and the gym being open 24/7 is a nice feature."
