"LOVED this hotel! Felt right at home, rooms were clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was yummy with protein options. Hotel is in a quiet area near some medical buildings, but we didn’t mind because it helped us relax from the busyness of concord. Hoping to bring my kids back to Concord and Lexington (what a wonderful history!) And we would will surely stay here again."
"We were very impressed with most everything. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Shower was very nice and plenty of room in the bathroom - especially counter space. Staff members we had contact with were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed talking to Sandra at check in and our first evening there. The breakfast area is very nice and there were several choices. The scrambled eggs our first morning were weird (I don't think they were powdered, but something was off to me and I didn't eat...
"Our room was in the old part and was very spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is phenomenal. I was quite disappointed though that they had no breakfast options. They have 2 restaurants but neither is open for breakfast. I developed a bad leg issue and it was really hard to get to the car, drive to a restaurant for breakfasts. I couldn't walk even 3 blocks! Except for that, it's a lovely place to stay. "
"Stayed one night, left my brand-new coat in the room. Called the same day — they promised to check but never got back to me. After three days, I called again and was told “nothing was found.” Totally unacceptable and shows zero responsibility. I will never stay here again.
