"This is a new hotel that is just getting its bearings. A beautiful property inside and out. Although there are a couple floors and a few rooms only one appears to be operational. The staff is very friendly and accommodating but as mentioned they are still in the learning phase. The bed was comfortable. The staff called our room quite a bit to inquire about if we would be eating at the hotel, what time we would be checking out and other things. The price was good and the proximity to the fortes...

"I didn't book a five-star hotel so I didn't expect one. However, my biggest issue with the property is the crappy Wi-Fi. They didn't clean the room during my stay. And it seems to have an electrical issue that makes the light flicker intermittently. The staff tried to be helpful and apart from that its was okay. "

"The staff made me pay for all days of stay upfront. When I wanted to change my mind and get a refund the management didn't co-operate. This is no way a fair deal, there was unnecessary loss of money. The staff and the service was OK. I should have been refunded the money for the time I didn't want to stay and I actually checked out the second day itself."
