Zuri Express Probably the Best for the Price

Relatively new, friendly staff, fairly clean but there are ants and I killed 3 roaches. Air quality inside the hotel is much better than the nearby Best Western or the Bel-Swiss which smells like mold throughout the floor I stayed on. One big problem was that the air conditioning unit does not cool down the room very well. I had to go out and buy a fan. The shower has hot water and good pressure for the hot water. The pressure for cold water in the shower is low. The sink does not have hot water. WiFi went down once in about 9 days. Not much soundproofing especially between the hallway and the room. Every doorbell from nearby rooms also sounds in your room.

They charged for extra pillow

This is the 1st time i come across a hotel impose an extra charge for extra pillow. The pillow supplied in the room was so thin. when i request for extra pillow, the housekeeping dept told me that i have to pay for an extra charge! I refuse & i didn't sleep that well

Five Star Service.

Three stars (plus) for the hotel and Five stars (plus) for the staff, management and food. You cant fault this hotel as the staff are simply brilliant, more genuine and friendly than any hotel I have stayed in. Wi FI is fast and never failed during my 5 day visit. Walking distance to ITC Mall with many electronics shops, perfect for an IT business traveler. It is a real credit to Zuri management to achieve such a high level of service, obviously your staff enjoy working for you. Nice hot water in the bathroom and thanks to the house keeper for fixing my once only “Cold Water” (shower) issue with the instant delivery of a bottle of “chilled spring water” to my door. Now that’s real 5 star service. I will certainly be staying at Zuri Express next time.

Need improvement to have the porter on duty to dutifully standby & help with bringing the trolley for the heavy luggages at doorstep. Breakfast can also be improved. Overall is still good stay.

Nick hotel nut noisy at night

Hotel staf is very friendly, room was ok but the walls seem to be very thin since you could hear everything from the next room or the hallway. Very annoying when its 3oclock in the morning... Breakfast mainly indonesian food.

Olimme vain yhden yön, muttei juuri ole valittamista. Hotellin henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja kaikki puhuivat sujuvaa englantia. Huone oli siisti ja simppeli. Opiskelijoina emme mitään luksusta kaivanneetkaan, joten olimme huoneen tasoon tyytyväisiä. Ainut ikävä asia oleskelumme aikana oli "sakko" myöhäisestä uloskirjautumisesta. Poistuimme huoneesta aamun sijasta vasta illalla, joten jouduimme maksamaan 150 000 idr lisämaksua. Oma vikammehan tämä oli, joten ei kovin harmita ja summakin on vain n. 11€.
