The hotel offers full service, excellent breakfast, clean, comfortable rooms, professional housekeeping, high quality linens and towels and a very high level of customer service. In addition, the location is perfect, close to Gondangdia station, within walking access to Cikini's shops and restaurants and all the attractions and institutions of Menteng. The Mosque Cut Meutia is literally across the street. All the people at the hotel were charming, kindly welcoming and very efficient. I extended my stay twice because I enjoyed the hotel so much.

チェックインが深夜だったにもかかわらず、快く応対していただき、翌日のタクシー手配もしていただきました。 施設は老朽化がみられ、部屋にゴミ箱や冷蔵庫が設置されておらず、シャワーの湯を最大にしてもぬるかったことなどが気になる点でした。

Het is uitstekend goed hotel met goede service, alle medewerkers zijn alert en behulpzaam. Kamer is ruim en voldoende met faciliteiten, alleen tv chanel heeft maar 15 zenders met storingen, wifi is goed. Kamer netjes en schoon, wel verouderde tapijt. Ontbijt buffet scoort ruim voldoende. Ligt heel centraal bij grote malls.

Nice breakfast but poor cleaningness

The hotel was fine in general. Staffs were nice and the breakfast was great. Well air-conditioning. But the condition of rooms was a bit underexpectation. The room wasn't that clean and noise from the monastery was quite big. Overall it's still good at it's price.

3000円位の料金では抜群のコストパフォーマンスです。 従業員は凄く感じが良い。 朝食も美味しい。 近隣にコンビニあり。 主要交通であるトランスジャカルタの停留所もずっとまっすぐで徒歩10分位。 ここのトランスジャカルタの停留所は、 観光地コタ、モナス、デパート街やブロックMへ行く路線の中央に位置する場所なので、 観光にも便利な位置にあります。 早朝に近くのモスクから流れる、イスラム教の歌や言葉で異国情緒を感じます。 多分、排水溝から出るのでしょうが、蚊や小さな虫が気持ち悪いです。 食べ物を開けておくと小さな虫が群がってきます。

昨年のホテル従業員の方が対応良かった。

チェックインして案内された部屋の冷蔵庫の中が腐ったような臭いで充満していて、とても水を冷やせるような状態でなかった。部屋を変えてくれるか、冷蔵庫を掃除してくれるかお願いをしたが、ダメでした。さらには、洗面所の排水管がくさくてたまらなかったです。サービスの水も提供してもらえない日がありました。 また、ラマダン中のことも影響しているのか、部屋に運ばれてきた朝食は2日以降お粗末な内容でした。従業員も料理の質も良くないと感じました。 来年もインドネシア ジャカルタへの出張あるのに、どこのホテルに泊まるか 悩んでしまいます。

サービスも親切丁寧でとてもお得なホテルです。

ビジネスでジャカルタを訪れた際にはよく利用しますが、サービスもとてもよく、とても快適に過ごすことができます。周りはレストランが立ち並ぶ地区ではありませんが、近くにショッピングセンター（ファーストフードから落ち着いたカフェさらに各種メニューをそろえたレストランも入っている）やスーパーマーケットもあり、散歩がてら出かけるには程よい距離です。また、鉄道の駅にも近く、ジャカルタで一番のスディルマン通りにも1㎞ほどです。朝食は地元料理がほとんどですので、こちらの料理を望まれる方には適しています。全体的には大変お手頃価格ですので、少々ホテル代を節約したい方には断然お薦めです。

このホテルならではの快適さ

向かいに大きなモスクのある、伝統ある建物のムスリムのホテルです。私の宿泊中に外国人はほぼ私一人だったと思います。スタッフは親切で朝食のブッフェはインドネシア料理中心で美味しい。リネン類は清潔でお湯の出も悪くないです。インドネシアらしさを体験するには最適なホテルだと思います。

全体的には大変お得なホテルです。

ビジネスで利用しましたが、鉄道駅に近く、郊外に出かけるには便利です。ブンデラハイのショッピング街に出かけるには2㎞ほどと歩けなくもないですが、タクシーは比較的安価に利用できますので便利です。建物が少々古いのですが、お湯の出方、掃除の清潔感も問題ありません。自分は特に気になりませんでしたが、道を挟んで向かいにモスクがあり、お祈りが拡声器で流れます。ジャカルタでは高級ホテルではどうか知りませんが、このような中流クラスのホテルでは、多かれ少なかれモスクからのお祈りは聞こえます。朝食も豪華ではありませんがインドネシア料理を美味しくいただけます。全体としては、大変コストパフォーマンスが良い、お得なホテルです。

이슬람 신자를 위한 호텔

일단 직원들이 다른 호텔에 비해서 영어를 못한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 친절도도 떨어진다. 나는 당일 예약해서 방문했는데, 확인하는데 시간이 걸리는 것은 이해할 수 있다. 그런데 엘리베이터는 4층까지 올라갈 수 있게 만들어 놓고, 5층을 배정해주었다. 그래서 항상 4층에 내려서 1개층을 걸어올라가야했다. 최소한 그러한 층에 배정했으면 사전에 양해를 구해야 하는것 아닌가 싶은데 전혀 없었다. 방에 들어갔더니 코란이 보인다. 텔레비전을 켰더니 이슬람 방송으로 맞춰져있고 채널을 돌리니 채널수도 5~6개 밖에 되지않는다. 뭐 그럴 수 있지...라고 생각하고 샤워하고 나왔더니 도마뱀이 보인다. 여기서 좀 너무하다는 생각이 들었다. 그리고 좀 있다보니 개미도 보인다. 이게 호텔인가 하는생각이 들기 시작했다. 다음날은 조식을 못먹었고, 그 다음날 아침에 식사를 하려고 1층에 마련된 식당에 방문했다. 뭔가 휑하다. 라마단 기간이라 이슬람교들은 금식을 하기때문에 없는 것이었다. 단, 1명도 없었다. 뭐 거기까지는 이해한다. 종교적인 문제니까. 문제는 뷔페식으로 되어있는데 음식의 뚜껑이 죄다 열려있어서 음식을 다 말려버렸고, 그릇은 얼마나 관리를 안했는데 얼룩이 지고 먼지까지 쌓여있었다. 먹어봤더니 맛도 향신료를 강하게 쓴 것이 이번 여행기간동안 묵었던 호텔중 최악이었다. 아니, 최악정도가 아니라 다른호텔에 비교하는 것이 미안할 정도이다. 단언컨데, 무슬림이 아니라면 절대 피해야할 호텔이다. 무슬림에게도 만족스러울지 의심스럽다.

Comfortable and family friendly

The hotel staff were very accommodating, first letting us check in earlier because of the kids. Secondly letting us check out later because I had a terrible headache I was sleeping off. Everyone was very polite and kind. Very family friendly. Convenient location. Mosque and convenient store within walking distance. Breakfast wasn't enticing for us, it had quite a number of options, but mainly Indonesian dishes. Wish there was bread and Jam...
