Great great breakfast!

Room was quiet. The view ICE BSD is great. However i enjoyed the breakfast the most! It is hearty, with big flavour instead of bland taste from international hotels

Pillow problem

Overall it was okay. But when i stayed there I was 8 months pregnant so sleeping time would be "hard time". The pillows at my room were so hard and not comfortable for me. Maybe you could give special pillow option like some other hotel tp provide comfortness for every guest.

ホテルの客が、コンサートの関連の宿泊で、ホテル廊下及びエレベーターの待合所での騒ぎが、うるさいです。あと、外からの騒音がガンガン入って来ます。あと、シャワーのみでバスタブありません。300mlビール高いです。1本1,100円。うーん、緊急以外は、避けるべきホテルです

친절 사원

먼저 처음 묵는 호텔로 체크인 하고..첫날 방을 두번이나 바꿀 정도로 외부와 방음, 차음이 심각했는데.. 하루 하루 지나면서 직원들이 많이 친절 해서...여러불편함 점이 있었지만 잘 지내고 왔다. 많은 직원들이 친절 했지만 그중 돋보이는 직원들을 적고 싶다. 매니저 Hedi 와 식당 직원 Airin , Fifi , Zahra 이상 적고 싶다. 다음에 와도 여기를 묵고 싶다. 제안하고 싶은게 있는데..내가 묵고 있었던 룸에 바퀴벌레가 제법 눈에 띄었고..호텔은 전반적으로 외부 소음에 취약했다. 특히 전시장 쪽은 외부 에어컨 기계소음 이 많이 느꼈고 호텔 외벽이 전부 철제로 둘러쌓여서 시야가 가린건 설계상 많이 아쉬웠다. 무슨 감옥에 갇혀 있는 느낌 ? 옥상도 마찬가지로 리노베이션이 필요 할것 같다. 그중에서도 가장 중요한것은 역시 사람.. 직원들이 정말 친절 했다. 기억에 많이 남을 것 같다

No wifi, smell of smoke everywhere and just lyes every time with a smile. Even the manager said he knows about how bad the wifi is just no one seems to care. Have me a free meal and it was bad, also the beer always bad beer. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at !

Comfortable & super convenient!

Amazingly located and super convenient when attending events at ICE BSD! It makes a huge difference to have a clean and comfortable place to rest, shower and keep larger items safe (there is also a safe deposit box in the room). The only thing to note is the wash basin tap water smells in 912. The shower water is OK. There was also only one towel in the bathroom when the room is set up for two.

A pretty decent hotel

There were tremors and black-out in the area during our stay, so the hotel was fully packed with the residents from the nearby housing as the only the hotels and malls had electricity. Waited one hour for my request for an iron and an ironing board :( apart from that, the rooms were pretty specious and housekeeping was good. The breakfast spread was not too bad either. Had shuttle services to the really huge AEON mall which was about 7 minutes drive. The frequency is 2 hours apart though. Could make do with more frequent trips.

Nothing fancy but no complaints.. What I expected of a convention centre hotel. There is a convenience store in the basement of ICE just outside the hotel and AEON mall is a 5-minute Grab/GoJek ride away
