Had a great time at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, beautiful room. The only thing I didn’t love was that there were no signs pointing you where to go so we got confused the first night about where dinner was, but we figured it out easily. Great service for our meals. Would definitely recommend.
A fabulous quiet delightful old hunting lodge. The service was amazing, very helpful & all staff couldn’t do enough for us. From the gate security, who came with us to find an office to buy our train tickets to the lovely bar man, his signature cocktails a must try!!! Are the kindest people. Thank you.
Beautiful property featuring vintage Jaipur heritage styling.
Shanti environment.
I was on a work stay for 10 days and I had a lot of problems with their staff not understanding English and the wifi didn't work.
The first 3 days I didn't have any hot water, they did fix it asap.
The hotel staff was strange and I felt "watched" every minute that I was on the grounds which made me very uncomfortable while traveling by myself. The restaurant staff seems tired and bored to be there with 0 enthusiasm for their job. The food is very good, service not so much.
They don't take amex,
I had an incidental charge after leaving and I tried to pay with amex. it didn't work and the hotel staff called and texted me over 35 times on what's app, stalking me for 3 days while I was traveling internationally. I am not happy with the people who run this hotel and I would never stay here again because of the way they treated me.
The hotel is beautiful! Very calming and relaxing, staff is supper attentive and the food was good. I only have 2 points I'd like to make.
1. When we reserved we called the hotel as we wanted to make sure we got specific rooms. We were with them on the phone while making the booking on Expedia. We booked 3 rooms and confirmed with them that we were getting the rooms we requested.
When we got there none of the rooms we wanted were what we got. That was quite disappointing as we were reassured over the phone that we were getting the rooms we wanted and it turns out the rooms were already booked.
2. Food options for vegans were almost nothing. But to be expected, I was not upset at all, I understand it's a diet that is a bit difficult to accommodate, just maybe something to think about.
Would definitely come back.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
We felt like family - the staff was courteous, helpful and we lacked nothing. The spa treatments were professional and were just what we needed after a long day of traveling.
The food was delicious- we even had a cooking class and ate the food that was cooked in front of us. I cannot wait to replicate the recipes here at home.
Truly a hidden gem! I've stayed here twice on business trips and the property is outstanding. The rooms are charming (and all very different!) and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. And great value for money!
Charming little hotel with lots of history! The owner and his wife are gracious hosts who were warm and very hospitable. The rooms are large and royal, and the property is well kept. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the pool, dining, and spa! Will definitely go back.

Gardens were beautiful and the staff are kind. The room had peeling paint and scratches on the wall. Room and bathroom needs to be updated
We are recently back from an extraordinary three week trip round Rajasthan where we stayed in a range of wonderful hotels. It’s a really hard choice, but by the end of our holiday, we had two ultimate favourite hotels, one of which was this magical haveli. I had worried a little about booking somewhere quite a way from central Jaipur - but returning each evening to somewhere so beautiful and peaceful made that entirely worthwhile. We had an absolutely wonderful three night stay here. In fact, we loved it so much that we changed our plans and spent two mornings here - enjoying waking to the sound of birds, swimming in the heated pool and lingering in the gardens. Their breakfast - outside in the beautiful Kigelia courtyard - is outstanding and was the best of the holiday: the lovely waiting staff (special mention to Nandu who looked after us incredibly well every morning) will basically make all sorts of things, depending on what you like. We also really enjoyed the delicious tasting menu on our first night - with the courtyard looking so pretty and all lit up at night. As for the rooms, if you are lucky enough to get room 104 (the blue room), it is simply astonishing: we have never in our lives stayed in such a sensational room and felt as though we were living in a palace!
At every point, the level of professionalism and care for individual guests is exceptional. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat if we return to Jaipur.
The Royal Heritage Haveli is a beautiful property. The room was lovely, very spacious , clean and comfortable. The food was excellent! The staff at RHH was very friendly and extremely attentive. They were very helpful with everything I needed. Since I was in Jaipur on business, the staff supplied me with an excellent driver to spend each day with me, taking me to all of my appointments. The gardens at the RHH were well tended to and beautiful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Jaipur.
A disgusting face of India. They will only allow guests of a certain "standard" on their property. If this appeals to you then by all means stay here, you deserve each other.
Such a very special environment. Calm amidst the clamour of Jaipur outside the walls. Each suite individually decorated in such style, with quality furnishings. Staff attentive and available at all times without once feeling intrusive, we could not fault RHH. We felt like Maharajahs!
The hotel is very unique in design and luxurious. The staff are very welcoming and and attentive to your every need. I would highly recommend as a memorable experience.
