Very outdated “5 star” hotel. Everything appears clean, but it feels dirty due yo how everything has aged. Facilities are in dire need of a renovation. Our first room had some electrical issues, in which loud buzzing was heard when certain lights were on. It also had old wooden floors that creaked, as did the room over us causing so much noise that we required a room change to the top floor. The next room had the same electrical sounds and issues. The room was carpets, so there was no creaking sounds, but the soundproofing was nonexistent. We could hear foot steps and doors closing all day and night. There was also music noise from an event at the hotel, but they were able to turn it down quickly when we addressed the issue. The staff was great and very accommodating, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of comfort and loss of sleep due to the noises. The breakfast was amazing. We also had dinner at Socorro both nights and were very pleased. The food and helpful staff are the only reason to stay here.

The stay there was amazing. The property is big and a bit far from main city. The rooms were big and spacious. The property is very clean. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The inhouse restaurants are good and the buffet breakfast was scrumptious. Overall a very comfortable stat.

Rooms are quite spacious. I am assuming every room has bathtub, since we booked standard room. Chowki Dhani is 10 mins away. Food was quite costly and bad taste. 179 for a butter naan, which was stale. Breakfast buffet has poor quality even after being crowded. Staff was quite slow at the restaurant. This is the only resort we got on last day to book.

A very nice experience

The hotel is beautifully designed and well maintained. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and well trained. The room was fairly large, very comfortable, and a great bed. The hotel doesn’t have much of a ground to walk around but it has high wall all around so I felt very secured. The location is not the most convenient as it was quite far from the city center, but a taxi or Uber ride is quite inexpensive to get around.

The hotel implements a strict security procedure to safeguard the building and its customers. Hotel and room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast has lot of choices. Check-in was easy and Deependra was very helpful. He kindly recommended attractions we could visit in our timeframe. At request, he showed our driver the best way to get to the hotel. Deependra made us feel very welcome at Crowne Plaza.

Good Hotel in City Outskirts

I was surprised that this hotel did not have heating despite the fact that Jaipur has very cold weather in winter. There were some problems with the bakery (croissants were very hard) and with room service, but other than that, this is a hotel I will stay at again.

The room layout was great. Clean and a good size. Would use again. Staff was very helpful and even brought us a birthday cake for a member of our party (pre arranged but was great)
