"It was so terrible staying in Holiday Inn Jaipur city Centre because the AC was not working in the room for two days. I was there, but they did not help me with that. Neither the minibar was working so that I can get chilled water and when I asked for the water bottles, then the bottles from the top those were glass bottles, but those were chipped so please be aware that you don’t swallow the glass chip,like I did
The sink in the washroom was in terrible condition. No variety of buffet Delhi, the same menu with Limited options with no hygiene and quality."
"The rooftop pool only had 2 beds next to it - and it was very small. We wanted to use it but there was nowhere to sit or put our things.
Rooftop bar was lovely though and staff were very helpful."
"It was fine, the room, including the bathroom, and the property in general was smaller than expected, but the AC worked well. The breakfast was ok. It's a nice property, though it was marketed on expedia as luxury and it did not feel like a luxury hotel to me."
"A remarkable, unique property with superlative staff. Every need attended to, thoughtful touches, frequent check-ins with staff. The amenities (pool, bath/body soaps, buffet breakfast) are outstanding, truly an escape from the hot, hectic nature of Jaipur. Expansive resort, much more attuned with nature than a modern-style luxury hotel, or the old-world opulent converted palace alternatives."
"A wonderful property rich in Indian heritage. Beautiful furniture, paintings and decoration. Lovely, helpful people. Delicious food. And all at a great price. We have now stayed at the Umaid Mahal on two occasions and will be sure to do so again."
