This hotel does not clean the room and charges an additional $30.00 to the value supposedly to clean and they will not go into a week to change towels, much less to clean, this money is a robbery, very bad

Breakfast was below par and no microwave in the room…while traveling away from home a microwave is important to warm up food or coffee…front desk staff was great and room was clean…and pool was great … I gave an average grade because of no microwave…housekeeping was pleasant … I really was disappointed ...
