"This property is so clean and well cared for we thought it was new. The staff were very friendly and so many little extras were provided. The restaurant a couple blocks away was recommended by the staff and was excellent. Our room was clean, cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many extra items. We felt like honored guests that the staff wanted to make a return visit. We definitely recommend staying here!"

"Terrible. Never cleaned the room (we stayed 3 nights). Wouldn't bring bath towels, nor had pool towels at the front desk ("I'll have to call someone"-not sure how that works when your the one that's currently on staff, but ok.) Breakfast was no where near 5 star as stated-waffles, eggs, and cold items, no meat. Front office staff walked around barefoot from behind the desk. Incredibly worn down, in need of major renovations. Would not recommend, and definitely won't be back."

"I will NEVER recommend The Roadway Inn. I wouldn’t stay there if it were free. As soon as I opened the door the dirty musky smell was sickening. The smashed cockroach on the wall says it all. It’s a bedbug disaster waiting to happen. I should’ve asked to see the room before paying. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, I was informed I took longer than 5 minutes to cancel therefore I was required to pay for 1 night. The advertised photos posted on the website/internet are a far cry from what you get. Select Stay directly next door is clean, comfortable and SLIGHTLY more than the Roadway mess."

"I didn't actually get to stay at the hotel. It seems nice. I had to cancel my stay. My complaint is this: I was in Greeley. I ended up having to cancel my stay. When trieded to phone to inform the hotel, i dealt with not one, but two AI entities, who only obfuscated me. I had to drive to Kersey from Greeley to cancel the stay in person. The desk staff were fine. The fact that the hotel employed AI services rather than talking directly with customers is shameful behavior for an otherwise nice, small local hotel"
