From before arrival with concierge making us excellent dining reservations at Westbank Grill and Snake River Grill. At ski concierge, it was all made so easy for us and we were out on the slopes in no time. We are grateful for Four Seasons and enjoy all of our stays. "

"Rusty Parrot is a 1st class property. Spotless! Staff was friendly & knowledgeable as to where to go for hiking & seeing wildlife. The hot tub was wonderful after our hike. In addition coffee, tea or cider is available all day with fresh baked goodies in the afternoon. Nightly turn down service with chocolates & a poem. Rusty Parrot goes above and beyond. There is nothing we didn’t like but if I had to make a suggestion it would be to expand the menu in the restaurant. Food was delicious but...

"A lovely hotel only wish I stayed there longer. The room was very spacious with two queen beds, Tv, table, microwave, fridge and two sinks (one inside the bathroom and one outside). It also had a balcony overlooking the street in front and mountain behind. Step outside and your in downtown Jackson, with loads of shops and dining options. Would definitely stay here again!"
