"There was nothing pleasant about my stay at Jackson's Hilton. I checked in and the contents in the first room's toilet will not flush down. We moved to the second room, the toilet flooded there. We moved to the third room, the door will not lock and unlock after rekeying the door a couple of times. Finally made it to the last room and it smelled like wet animals. At this point, there was no more compromising, I made the decision to leave. I will not be returning to that hotel again, because that experience is embedded in my head. The 1 star was too generous. There were 4 elevators, only 1 worked. I got on it to go down, it went down 1 floor, when the door closed, it went back up and I spent 5 minutes on it trying to go tell front desk that the toilet was flooding because there was no phone there to call from the room."

"I was charged and extra $100.00 at check end . They said I may get it back in 30 to 60 days . I think these charges should have known before compleating reservation . Other than those charges the stay was great . I will look deeper useing a third party company ."

"Staff was very nice. The room was dirty had fake eyelashes on the desk. The bed had a pubic hairs and a toenail in between the sheets. No Hot Water."

"Rooms were very spacious and clean. You could tell that there was a attentiveness taken to details of maintaining the Clean room. The price was great. The breakfast was so so it was OK wasn’t the greatest but for free I guess it’s not for free but it’s part of the Hotel price could’ve had a microwave in a room that would’ve really been very good and maybe it safe."
