It is about 45 mins train ride to Shinjuku and Shibuya which is the only down side. If you don’t care about that then this hotel offers everything. We would definitely come back again. "

"We arrived tired and hungry, but the seafood buffet and regular Japanese food restaurant was full. It would have been helpful if front desk warned us about making a reservation during checkin. We had no choice but ordered room service for tempura set. They sealed every dish and bowl in plastic wrap, so the fried food became soggy. Thus, we did not have a perfect experience."
