Location was convenient with lots of restaurants around and train station close by. Room was okay, found a spider on the bed as I was getting ready for bed. Room is spacious, love that there is a kitchen counter and toaster. They had a washer and dryer in the room which is convenient but my clothes didn’t dry completely when i select the wash/dry option so my clothes was still damp and smell like mildew when I got back to the room at night. Staff is friendly, the elevator is pretty small.

The hotel is great, and is located in a good location near stations to cool places in Tokyo.
The only thing to improve is the room sizes which are a bit small :)
