Hotel is clean and is in a busy location with limited self parking; the hotel does offer valet style parking which their staff parks on the narrow street. The hotel itself is old and shows a bit of it's age. The rooms are clean and there is a good supply of linen. The breakfast is included and was okay. There are several food options all around the hotel. We had a little trouble finding this hotel as there was a round about on the main street which has 5 exits and we accidently took the wrong one for which we had to go around to come back to the correct exit. Overall, our stay was pretty good and the staff were friendly.

This is a good hotel very close to the Baseme subway and train station. The water was hot and the bedsheets clean. There is even a pot to make tea in the room, along with a mini-refrigerator. The free buffet breakfast was good as well. Additionally, they do offer excursions to the main tourist sites out of town for a reasonable price. I would easily stay here again for the price offered.

IF YOU HAD TO STAY - ONLY ONE NIGHT!

The hotel seems to very nice, but there was no cleaning service for first 3 days. Wifi is very slow or non-existent. The bed is solid as a rock and had not much sleep.

This hotel is just barely OK. The rooms are outdated and dirty. The hallways are dirty and noisy. The staff was not friendly, nor they unfriendly just OK. The area is very busy and noisy. I would not stay this hotel again I would stay closer to the water.

I booked a family room for one night for me and my family. The room was awful. Cigarette smell everywhere, bathroom was disgusting, I asked for a baby cot at least 7 days in advance but was told that their was none, and that it was given away. Our 1 year old had to sleep between us, I therefore only slept 5 hours. Luckily enough I only booked 1 night.

Our check in was very late due to long journey . The room smelled cigarettes it was so strong and i have headaches. I have child inside! I already paid full for two days for 2adults and 1child. They gave me a room that is not the same like the pictures. It was last minute setup bed that is not made up no duvet only sheets that layers on top of it! Bed is on the floor. I told the receptionist boy on the night . At first he denied my booking was 2 adults and one child but it is clearly my booking stated that. He cant do anything more because its late and fully book hotel. Next morning at 8 am i met the Receptionist the girl and she was very rude. ( I thought she was the one who was hanged up my phone yesterday afternoon to tell my late arrival.) She denied me my room smelled cigarettes and she said no no no before i even finished speaking. And she said the rest of the room will be the same. My child and i have runny nose that morning. Finally after im insisting she said ok after 11 i will have another room ready. After that tense argument we went for breakfast. It was a dreadful breakfast. It was not tasty at all! While having a tea and digesting all the experience that morning, the room, the rudeness, the service, bad breakfast & importantly my child’s health, i decided i went out on 9 am to find another hotel nearby. I checked out one day early and I am still asking for my refund till this day!

Unfortunately this is my first bad review. I was debating if I should even write it but then I thought I don’t want anyone else to be in a situation that I was in especially someone with children. The pictures they have on the site are taken years ago because the hotel is in horrible condition. The room reeked of cigarette smell. We asked to be moved they didn’t want to help us in anyway. Mind you we don’t smoke and we we’re staying there with our son and daughter. The room was filthy. There were stains all over the room. Blood stains on the floor. We found used tissues in the bedding of one bed. The sheets were stained. The furniture was stained. The room seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. There was no hot water. No light in the room and the walls seemed to be paper thin. There was someone arguing until early morning. The elevator is next to the room and you feel and hear the noise. The Wi-Fi worked for 15 minutes then it completely stopped. Even the satellite tv stopped working. We couldn’t even shower because the bathroom was that dirty. We were stuck I couldn’t find another room and I’m sure they wouldn’t have refunded our money. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to that hotel. The only positive thing about this hotel was the parking person. He was very nice. I just wish I could post the pictures of this as well.
