Para desacelerar a cabeça

Lugar muito bom para se descansar. Facil acesso a Blumenau e ao litoral do estado. Comida simples mas gostosa. A estrutura do local é muito boa. Nos quartos tudo certo. Um unico detalhes, chuveiros eletricos deixam a desejar para quem esta acostumado com aquecimento a gás e agua em abundancia. Mas vale a pena.

Boa estrutura e staff

Gostamos muito do atendimento, da comida e da estrutura do local. Os quartos são um pouco antigos e o ar-condicionado bem barulhento pra dormir, mas todo o restante compensou. Fomos com o nosso cachorro pequeno e tb foi bem tranquilo de transitar por lá com ele. Funcionários bem receptivos e o lugar é todo bem decorado! Da próxima vez esperamos pegar um tempo melhor e poder fazer as trilhas que tem por ali :)

A estadia foi excelente, apenas poderia melhorar o colchão e o ar condicionado, que é de janela, antigo, muito barulhento. Uma opção econômica e para mim até mais agradável é instalar também ventilador de teto. Outro diferencial poderia ser tornar a piscina térmica com aquecimento elétrico com placas fotovoltaicas, a custo zero. Refeições muito boas, atendimento cordial e simpático.

Ótima estrutura,mas precisa de mais funcionários

A estrutura do hotel é super bacana e o lugar é lindo! Os funcionários sao bem simpáticos! As refeições são boas, mas percebemos que o hotel precisa de mais funcionários para ficar mais organizado. Às vezes a reposição de comida demora. O único problema mais sério que vimos foi no café da tarde, em que a mesa foi servida com bolos, mas só os primeiros que apareceram no restaurante puderam comer, pois o hotel não estava preparado para a quantidade de pessoas. Os bolos acabaram totalmente e não houve reposição da mesa. Uma das funcionarias teve que ir para a cozinha preparar bolinhos de chuva para compensar. As bicicletas que o hotel disponobiliza sao bem velhinhas. De resto foi tudo muito legal! Dica: Assim que o sino tocar avisando que está disponível a refeição, já se adiante e corra para o restaurante para nao ter problemas!

Hotel muito lindo, quarto pequeno

O hotel em si é maravilhoso, tem uma piscina excelente, café da manhã delicioso, porém o quarto deixou muito a desejar, peguei um quarto que tem o nome de Delux, porém tinha móveis muito barulhentos, a porta era extremamente difícil de abrir e o banheiro era bem apertado.

O local é muito bonito e os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Porém a operação é um pouco amadora, principalmente ao operar com a bandeira Plaza Hoteis. Sugiro que tenha um folder ou mapa do hotel explicando as atividades.

Lugar tranquilo

O local é muito bom para descansar com a família, o hotel é ricamente decorado, o mascote Zé é uma figura, a estrutura esta precisando de manutenção nos decks de madeira, e de uma boa faxina, fui muito bem atendido pelos funcionários do hotel, são prestativos e eficientes, mas estão sobrecarregados, durante minha estadia estavam super desfalcados de pessoal.

Ótimo para descanso

Ideal para descansar. Isolado (6km estrada de terra da rodovia principal). Sem sinal de celular. Poucos quartos, assim muito sossego e pouca agitação de hóspedes. Local maravilhoso e destaque para o layout e disposição das diversas alas do hotel construído na encosta do morro.Muito bom gosto quanto a decoração com diversos objetos antigos distribuídos pelo hotel. Comida simples mas bem preparada. Poderia ter torneiras com água quente principalmente neste período de muito frio em que ficamos hospedados. Piscina externa que pode ser aproveitada no verão mas não no inverno.Assim talvez uma jacuzzi aquecida em local coberto seria interessante. Sala de Jogos e uma aconchegante sala de leitura com lareira (onde fica a TV com canal fechado (nos quartos somente canais da TV aberta locais). Colaboradores solícitos mas em numero reduzido (até por que o numero de hóspedes era baixo). Detalhe: deixe o carro próximo quando fazer o check inn, retirar você mesmo suas malas e depois levar seu carro ao estacionamento que fica morro acima. Trilha por uma amostra da mata atlântica e que termina em um lindo local com um riacho correndo através de pedras (piscinas naturais em que se pode banhar). Ideal para grupos de amigos.
