"Room so small, pillows no good cleaning so,so"

"The location of the hotel was excellent. There were many families with small children. It felt like a Disneyland resort. Our room was clean. However, our power went out in the middle of the night and we had to shower with our flashlights from our phones. The front desk later noted that our room card was malfunctioning. Also, we weren’t able to adjust the air conditioner temperature from our room, as it was controlled on the computer downstairs. The rooms were clean but the beds, although huge,...

"Very spacious apartments, clean and everything including appliances in good condition. Staff always willing to help and provide information. Continental breakfast available in hotel restaurant, highly recommended."

"The towels in the bathrooms were pretty worn. They could use some new ones. The staff was very attentive and they even had a nice workout room. We loved the large balcony."

"Exceptional service and great location"

"Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in einer super Lage mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir wurden rundum super versorgt und private Wünsche beim Frühstück wurden sofort umgesetzt. Das Personal war jeder Zeit sehr bemüht und konnte gute Tips für die besten Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bieten. Rundum haben wir uns super versorgt und wohl gefühlt."

"This is an excellent hotel on the quieter side of Tucepi, a quaint sea side town. Stayed 2 nights and had a great experience. The room was spotless and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Loved being so close to great local restaurants - everything we tried was a short walk away. Would definitely stay again."
