"To start with, the staff was very helpful. Our room had a pungent smell and after realizing the issue they were to change the rooms. The location was ideal for us as is in close proximity to tram station and blue mosque / Hagia Sofia. The breakfast had lots of good options. "

"Great sized room, comfy bed and excellent location. Perfect for exploring all the sights by foot. Hotel staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent with plenty of options with a breathtaking view. Only slight negative was the duvet was not quite big enough to cover 2 People, a larger duvet or 2 single duvets would have been better. A blanket was provided in the room so this didn't spoil our stay "

Everyone was very friendly, with the exception of one female staff member; however, I did not experience any rude behavior from her—she simply was not as smiley as the others. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Kürşat, who performed his job with exceptional friendliness and genuine sincerity.
