The spacious room was well presented with a huge bed! It was clean and well serviced. The spa and pool are super and good value massages from the spa were a treat. Breakfast is good, and a lovely view over the sea from the terrace dining area. The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly at check-in where the room was upgraded. I’ve visited The Sign several times and always enjoyed staying, particularly chilling by the super pool!

The Sign Degirmen is a super hotel - I've stayed before several times, the service is always friendly and efficient, it a well-placed hotel with a super pool and spa facilities. Breakfast is excellent, and overall, the hotel is great value.

instead of double bed we had two single ones together and they were constantly sliding away from each other, bathroom was in bad condition and not very clean, water was with money But pool was great, clean and comfortable, spa area was great as well, and it was free of extra charge

Good size of the room. Nice and clean. Nice pool, short way to the beach. Aircondition not working optimally. The temperature in the room was not belove 25 degrees celcius even with the aircon running at max. Very poorly English speaking employees.

pros: It's at downtown so that you can walk anywhere easily including bus stops, restaurants, cafes etc. If you pick a room with sea view, it's a gorgeous view of the black sea. cons: I was told the breakfast was at 7am but when I was down there at that time there was no breakfast so I paid extra for the breakfast for nothing! The shower was problematic and there was no chair to sit on when I wanted to work with my laptop.

Very dirty rooms. There was un picked garbage in the room. The fridge was totally dysfunctional. The air conditioning was not cooling to the set temperature. Breakfast service was acceptable. The parking was also ok.

A super hotel in an excellent position close to the sea; it has an excellent pool and a great spa, particularly for ladies. Great value, friendly and attentive staff, good-sized clean rooms, most with a great view out over the sea. I’ve been several times, always had fun and an excellent stay.

Just 3 stars.

Room was clean but there wasn't any balkons and had a lot of mosquitos. We could barely sleep our first night. Pool was outside the hotel, wasn't clean and there wasn't any heaters or services on the pool.

Very Dirty

The hotel looks like a 5-stars hotel from the outside but it is not anywhere near that. The room was very dirty in every detail, we found used wet towels in the bathroom, used toiletries. The breakfast was not fresh items, and dont have hygiene standards. I regret paying that much for the bad quality we received.

The location was great. We were greeted by beds being unpacked in the front lobby. There was no staff at the bar or restaurant. It was like they were not open for business. I paid way too much for a basic room they called a suite. It had no amenities and the bar and restaurant was unattended It lacked charm and attentive service I am accustomed to in less expensive properties in Turkey The pool was nice but there was no attendant and no towels. I was really disappointed in my overall stay.
