Free valet parking a big bonus in Istanbul. There are 3 underground floors for dining and conferences. The hotel is much bigger than it looks. Lifts. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Fantastic room. If you take a bath you need to get the flow from the tap correct to avoid wetting the floor.

Such an amazing hotel. Absolutely loved oir stay here. The decor is beautiful and the service from the staff is absolutely brilliant. They are so friendly and kind. The man at the reception named Kadir, was so helpful on our first day. He upgraded our room and was so kind. The area around the hotel is perfect. Its close to taqsim square but in a nicer and quiter bit

The staff were extremely helpful. They were not pushy about cleaning the rooms. Whenever you put the sign out to clean the room, they came in. It was an easy and relaxed check-out. They also had a later check-out time which is very comforting.

Location is just opposite of Taksim Square but away from noisy side. Safe and comfortable for walking at late nite. Rooms are clear and authentic. breakfast is very delicious. Thanks for staff. We are satisfied 🙏

We checked in at 10pm and got a free upgrade to 500sf junior suites, very roomy. the hotel location is convenient as expected. bed sheets are clean. We should give it 5 star, right? BUT the hotel is outdated, toilet cannot stop leaking, window cannot close completely, there is no shampoo and bottle water in room (they gave the supply after called them). Street noise is after midnight, breakfast is soso.

The hotel only has a breakfast restaurant but tons of dining options within 5 minute walk. However, pack your own iron. They only have a few irons for the whole hotel. If someone else has them, you are SOL! I was not able to get one for 2 days. Any, one of the morning staff simply not friendly at all ☹️

We had 3 rooms and stayed 4 nights Staff and front desk were great. Very helpful and professional. Hotel itself was very and needs some upgrade. It was clean but Bathtub doesnt drain properly and working well. 2 of our rooms had problem but hotel was full we couldnt change the room. Hair dryer was broken. smelled cigaret in our room the whole time.day and night. Very good break fast. Lots of restaurant around Lots of shops and taxi around. Thank you again to hotel staff. You are the best.
